How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is included at no additional cost.
International shipping is an additional $20 charge.
Buyer is responsible for any importation charges.
What are turnaround times for orders?
In stock jewelry will ship within 3 business days, plus shipping time. Not in stock items ship in 9 business days, plus shipping. Feel free to reach out for stock inquiries, a few of each are in currently in stock.
Expedited shipping shipping is available upon request, for an additional charge.
For those in NYC, local curbside pickup in Brooklyn is available upon request.
Can Necklace lengths be customized?
Yes. Necklaces are listed in particular cord lengths. If you would like a different length cord, please leave a note with the requested length when placing an order.
Can pieces in the BIARC collection be customized?
Yes, I would be happy to work on a special piece for you! If you are interested in a different style or color cord, a different metal combination or any other modification, reach out for a quote.
The fine print: Customized pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. I’d like you to feel happy with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t, please reach out right away to discuss how to move forward.
Returns of made within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a refund, and returns made within 14 days of receipt are eligible only for exchanges. Worn jewelry and Custom/ Customized jewelry are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Sale items are non-returnable.
